Who can ride?
As long as you are aged 6 or above and at least 125cm tall, we will have a bike for you. Experience of riding a motorcycle is not necessary, but the ability to ride a bicycle is. See the prices link above for details on bike sizes. We can cater for families too.
What will I need to bring?
Depending on the track you attend, facilities may be limited, so you will need to bring food and drink with you.
What should I wear?
Full safety gear is provided. Wear appropriate clothing for the weather conditions and bring thick socks if possible (These will be much more comfortable beneath motocross boots).
Can I bring spectators?
It is expected that parents/guardians will be attending with junior riders. Any further spectators are welcome. We can arrange family sessions too. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Is there a parental supervision requirement/guardian attendance policy for riders under 16?
Yes. For the safety and well-being of all participants, any child under the age of 16 attending the MX Tryout Day must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the entire event. Additionally, in case of emergencies or important decisions, having a responsible adult available is crucial.
Does bad weather stop play?
Such is the Great British climate, we can not guarantee perfect weather conditions. Try out days will only be postponed if continued bad weather makes the riding conditions unsafe. Please see our Cancellation / Postponement Policy
Do you have bikes and clothing for sale?
We can help you with both. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
What about insurance? We have £5 million Public Liability Insurance, however we do not provide Personal Accident Cover or accidental bike and riding equipment damage. While riding, minor mishaps can happen, which is why we strongly recommend taking out Damage Insurance when booking your session.
